The official description also places isolated backwoods communities around the park: hillbilly mystics and paranoid radicals living away from the government’s attention. That is Rockstar’s framing of the region, not confirmation of a single faction, cult, or storyline.

The official screenshots show a ridge with a helicopter overhead, dirt bikes and an ATV in the mud, armed people in the woods, a mountain road, wildlife by a stream and a kayak near a bridge. Together they establish a large outdoor setting with routes across water and land. They do not define the exact borders of the park or its complete activity roster.
